Pappo Restaurant's Chef John Thiel announced this week he will be hosting cooking demonstrations with receipes provided, followed by lunch, starting July 30. The cost is $35 per person for the first demonstration titled: Stone Fruit: "Sweet & Savory Summertime" showcasing stone fruit in appetizer, entrée and dessert applications. Recipes include stuffed roast apricots, cherry and plum salsa and peach cobbler. Two other cooking demonstration luncheons are scheduled into the fall. Call Pappo to reserve your spot at 337-9100.
