Two attempted vehicle thefts: at 7:55 a.m. on the 1600 block of Chapin Street; and at 10:36 a.m. on the 1800 block of Bay Street.

Fictitious check reported at 4:47 p.m. at Bank of America.

Two vandalism reports: at 10 a.m. on the 1500 block of St. Charles Street; and at 11:56 a.m. on the 3200 block of Encinal Avenue.

Arrests: for DUI at 12:20 a.m. on the 2400 block of Santa Clara; and for suspicion of trespassing and warrants at 3:13 p.m. on the 300 block of Haight Street.
