A brand new class, Yoga with Alamedan Betsy Weiss, began at Rhythmix Cultural Works (RCW) this week. From July 6 through Aug. 31, Wednesdays from 5:15 to 6:45 p.m. all levels of Yoga practitioners may drop in or sign up for a series of classes.
