The annual music festival for Otis Elementary School will be live-streamed this Saturday, Feb. 28. The Owlpalooza is a product of the Otis PTA and features bands: Maddy’s Fiddle Madness, Paisley Rose, The Up and Down, Ukemamas, The Saloons and the Jitters.
