September Charm Day Golf Tournament Held
Maggie Lindquist won the September charm at the Alameda Women’s Golf Club’s Charm Event last Thursday, Sept. 8, at the Earl Fry Course.
Lindquist posted a net 73 from the first flight — handicap of 11 to 20. Her net 73 was a stroke ahead of Barbara Mickle who shot a net 74.
Water Polo Stars Shine
Three members of the Alameda Water Polo Club were named to the USA Water Polo Association 2015-2016 Academic All-American team on Sept. 1.
