As summer quickly approaches, it’s time for kids to make their summer plans. The Alameda Recreation and Parks Department (ARPD) has several options to keep kids occupied and physically fit this summer.
Peggy Miller won the Alameda Women’s Golf Club’s May Charm event on May 5 at the Earl Fry Course with a net 68.
The St. Joseph Notre Dame (SJND) baseball team made quick work of the Swett Warriors in a 6-1 victory on Monday, May 9, on the road. The team from Crockett was no match for the Pilots’ offense and pitching duo.
AGSA teams faced off Saturday
Several Alameda Girls’ Softball Association games took place last Saturday, April 30.
The Alameda Women’s Golf Club (AWGC) held its Guest Day event last Thursday, April 28, on the Earl Fry Course.
In the guest event players are broken into teams of four with several of the participants not members of the AWGC.
