The Alameda Police Department is seeking assistance in locating a missing 19-year-old Alameda woman. Giovanna Swarts was last seen on Friday, Dec. 16, after meeting with friends at the Uptown Bar in San Francisco. Swarts was supposed to coordinate with family members to be picked up later that evening but was not heard from.

Family members notified the Alameda Police Department on Sunday, Dec. 18 around 10 p.m., after being unable to connect with Swarts throughout the weekend. Swarts is 5’04” and 180 pounds with distinct tattoos. She was last wearing a pink jacket with a black tank top and black “biker” shorts.
