Bay Farm Yetis Sighted in December

Members of the Bay Farm School community and local cryptozoologists tipped us off about a recent sighting of a yeti on Bay Farm Island. The yeti is actually a product of the Gardner family, the creators of the Bay Farm Yeti Search.

Unbeknownst to daughter Avery, a third grader in Ms. Fong’s class at Bay Farm School, Erin and Alex created an elaborate scavenger hunt including maps, daily clues posted online and hidden toy yetis all over Bay Farm for the entire month of December. The Yeti Search started as a fun way for Avery and her friends to safely socialize outside and engage in exploration and problem solving.

As word spread, many families walked and biked as they joined the hunt and deciphered the daily clues. The entire Bay Farm School community thanked Erin and Alex for their hard work in creating the activity. The yetis may make an appearance from time to time, so keep an eye on the Gardner’s website at https://bayfarmyeti.com.
