Arrests: burglary (from a vehicle) at 4:31 a.m. on St. Charles Street; DUI at 6:42 a.m. on the 2100 block of Otis Drive; public intoxication at 5:36 p.m. on Webster Street; not following police instructions at 10:14 p.m. on Blanding Avenue; violation of a court order at 11:23 p.m. on Chapin Street.
One domestic violence assault reported.

Burglary (at a commercial building) reported at 2:52 p.m. on the 1300 block of Park Street.
DOA (natural causes) reported at 8:14 p.m. on Sandcreek Way.

Fraud reported at 7:41 a.m. on the 2000 block of Grand Street.
Brandishing (firearm) reported at 12:33 p.m. on the 2300 block of Rainbow Court.
ID theft reported at 3:30 p.m. on the 1800 block of Clinton Avenue.
Stolen vehicle located at 12:30 p.m. on the 1500 block of Webster Street.
Two reports of property recovered: at 12:09 p.m. on the 2500 block of Blanding Avenue and at 8:27 p.m. on the 2100 block of Buena Vista Avenue.
Arrests: possession of burglary tools at 12:14 p.m. at the intersection of Marina and Cambridge drives; possession of stolen property at 5:01 p.m. on the 2600 block of Fifth Street.

Two suspicious circumstances reported: at 7:18 a.m. on Fernside Boulevard and at 10:09 a.m. on the 2200 block of Pacific Avenue.
