The Tiger Cubs of Cub Scout Pack 78 from St. Philip Neri stopped by to check out the Alameda Sun newspaper office recently. The Cub Scouts learned firsthand how the staff at the Sun assemble the paper each week.

"I read the Sun every week, and it was very enjoyable seeing where and how our hometown paper comes together, and sharing it with the boys in our den," said Den Leader Heidi Schmidt seen here with her charges: Rex Evans, Robert Fintland, Levi Griffin, William Jensen, Matthew Johnson, Brian Rae, Albert Schmidt, Ian Shaw, Andrew VanHespen and Arman Yildirim.
