Legendary animator and special effects wizard Phil Tippett will be the guest of honor at this weekend’s Alameda International Film Festival (AIFF), held at the historic Alameda Theatre.
The third annual Alameda International Film Festival (AIFF) will kick off Friday, Nov. 2, at Veterans’ Memorial Hall.
Local cinephiles should be delighted to discover a wide array of films — long, short, live action, animated, new, and old — from both newly-minted auteurs to local legends, to be screened from February 18th through the 20th at The Historic Alameda Theatre & Cineplex, 2317 Central Ave.
